Product SupportLeTourneau Drilling Systems offers product support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The LeTourneau staff operates globally from strategically placed support centers to ensure the best customer support and service on the market. At each center, LeTourneau has fully trained technicians available to support all customer requirements. LeTourneau has facilities in United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Brazil, Louisiana, and Texas, USA, which provide both electrical and mechanical support in technical assistance, maintenance, and repair of LeTourneau manufactured drilling equipment. The Product Support group has capabilities ranging from minor repairs to on-rig commissioning of total rig packages, allowing LeTourneau to accommodate customer needs and ensure continued confidence in LeTourneau rigs, equipment, and systems. The Product Support group also offers customer training for LeTourneau equipment and automation systems. The reorganized LeTourneau Call Center, located in Houston, Texas, is available to help customers in every way possible. The call center is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist in answering any questions, concerns, and inquiries customers may have regarding parts and service in a timely and professional manner. |
