LeTourneau Technologies Steel Products Awarded by the World Certification Services the Certificate of Conformance for Metallic Material Manufacturer

 
 
Houston, Texas - March 1, 2010

LeTourneau Steel Products, a business unit of LeTourneau Technologies, Inc., has been presented with the Certificate of Conformance for Metallic Material Manufacturer.

This certification confirms that LeTourneau Steel Products is in compliance with the requirements of ISO9001:2008 and the provisions of the Pressure Equipment Directive ("PED") for the manufacturing of alloy, carbon and tool steel plate and ingots. The certification is valid through July 2012.

Mike Thomas, Marketing and Sales Manager, LeTourneau Steel Products, commented, "PED certification will allow us to market our plate products in member states of the European Union where this type of certification is required.
