DDCS provides the full-range of control needed by combining Top Drive and Rotary Management, Drawworks Management, Power Generation and Control Management, Mud Pump Control, and optional Auxiliary Controls to deliver a level of control demanded by today’s drillers. The DDCS is available for both land and offshore applications.
In addition, the advanced DDCS combines management, monitoring, and control of all drilling equipment, with communication ability provided via interconnect interface panels strategically located throughout the rig. All functions are managed via the DDCS driller workstation console, which includes touchscreen interface terminals, switch, and joystick controls.
